Certified expertise
Braze certifications are not handed out freely. Fewer than 10,000 exist globally across all levels — and the Level 3 Digital Strategist, the highest tier, accounts for a small fraction of those. It requires demonstrating not just platform knowledge, but the ability to architect and lead CRM strategy at scale. I hold five certifications, including Level 3.

David Jacobs
I have spent the last 14 years building and optimising CRM programmes for some of the UK's most recognised brands. My career has spanned QSR, fintech, luxury retail, gambling, recruitment, and travel — always in senior, hands-on CRM roles.
I hold the highest level of Braze certification available — Level 3 Certified Digital Strategist — alongside certifications in AI Fundamentals, Liquid, and the full Braze marketing stack. I have also worked extensively with Emarsys and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Forge CRM exists because I saw the same problem repeatedly: businesses invest heavily in Braze but under-utilise it. They have the platform but lack the specialist knowledge to make it perform. That is where I come in.
